How to Book a Reservation Online

Are you looking for an easy way to book a cabin rental in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg? At Baskins Creek Cabin Rentals we make it easy to check cabin availability, let us know when you want to be here, and how many people are coming with you. Your reservation deposit is handled through our secure server. If you would like a quick tutorial on how to use the online reservation ability of our website, please keep reading. If you would like a zoomed in view of any of the screenshots below to help you understand the pages you will see while booking one of our cabins, please hover your mouse over the image to see a zoomed in view of the part of the page you need to be looking at.

Lets start on the Home Page

On the Home Page, you will see links along the black bar. Click 'Book Now'.

Let Us Know About Your Stay

After you have clicked the 'Book Now' button, you will see the page shown below. Here you will select your Arrival and Departure Date, How many people will be attending, and any Promotional Code you may have. Once you have input all your information please click the 'Next' Button.

Select your Smoky Mountain Cabin

Here you will see all of the cabins that are available for the period and the number of people you selected on the previous page. If you would like to see the details of each cabin, please click on the 'More Info' link on the right side of the page. If a cabin you wanted to stay in is not listed, then it has already been booked for some or all of the period you have selected. As on the previous page, once you have made your selection, click the 'Next' button.

Contact Information

After you've selected the cabin you would like to stay in, we will need to get your contact information so we can process your reservation. Please ensure that you fill out all the fields correctly to prevent any delays in booking your reservation. Again, please click 'Next' when you have finished filling out all the fields.

Credit Card Info to Reserve Dates and Cabin

This is the final step. To reserve your cabin and dates, we need to keep a Credit/Debit card on file for you. Please note that you must present this same card at the time you check-in. This is to verify that we are renting to the guest that actually created the reservation.

Once again, click the 'Next' button to finalize your Reservation. We will mail you a confirmation letter with all the information you will need to check-in.
